Return of the missing blogger...

I have been keeping busy. Too busy to blog apparently. ;-)

I've been having lots of fun practicing & learning to play my new guitar - it's awesome!
Just this week I have gotten my fingers to finally make barre chords. They are difficult to master but learning them makes it a lot easier to play chord progressions, since they can be moved up & down the neck of the guitar without changing your finger positions.
Can you tell I'm excited? I'll be rockin' in no time!

Oh, I have been designing and scrapping too...I have two new kits to show you.

One has been out for a couple weeks now, it's called "Pet Show" made for your furry friends.

Winter Lights

I thought the lights were so pretty on the snow!

Since it was so dark outside, these were all taken with my 50mm 1.8 lens, set to ISO1600. SOOC (straight out of camera)no PS except to add the frames.

Happy New Year!

We celebrated last night at home. just Hank and I with Brian, by watching 2 of the three Lord of the Rings movies.


We has some yummy buffalo wings, popcorn and of course a bottle of champagne at midnight. Not the most memorable party night but it was relaxing and fun.

I haven't been doing much in the way of designing or scrapping, since before Christmas, but I am starting to get into the groove again. Do you love your fur-babies? If so, stay tuned for a new scrap kit soon!

I hope 2009 is a happy and healthy one for all!
