Corned Beef and Cabbage!

Like it? Love it? Hate it?

We love it at our house! Mmmm.. Easy to cook too. Put the Corned beef in a pot of water ( I use Mosey's Point Cut) and cook for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before adding the cabbage. I add onions carrots, parnsips, onions, turnip, potaotoes, for a wonderful medley of vegetables and beef - it is SO good!

I cooked it yesterday. The leftovers are just as good today! So that's that!

And a Happy St. Patrick's Day to ya!

AND if you're here for the Spiritual Journey Scripture Challenge - it's below!

Here is a preview of this week's Spiritual Journey gift. This is the last week for Galations - Chapter 5 Verse 22:

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

The theme for this last week is patience, and there is an hourglass and an old iron clockface for the gifts to remind us all that God's good things do come to those who wait. Maybe not in our time frame, but certainly in God's. We all must be patient, and listen for his word, and seek his plan for our lives.
