Yeh - it's been forever!

Since I blogged. But I have been feeling better, and I've been starting to get some creative energy back!!

I have new stuff that's being released this week at Plain Digital Wrapper, and even a free sample of my new Songbird Stamp set! The preview and link for that is at the very bottom of the post.

Both of these new items are on sale for $2.00 for a limited time.

------> As an added bonus, I am putting my matching Prairie Magic kit on sale for just $2.00 also. For a limited time you can grab them both at a great price!

Prairie Magic Elements

Prairie Magic Backgrounds

Here's a page made by PDW CT member, DJ, using both Prairie Magic and Wild Prairie Stamp Set:

Next up - some commercial use items . . .

These two designer packs will be on sale for $2.00 for ONE DAY ONLY!! Then - starting on Thursday they will be on sale through the weekend, but for $2.99. The list price is $4.99 per pack. There are 9 different textures/patterns in each set. These are OK for commercial use - no credit required!

So if you want 'em - grab 'em fast!

Other stuff that's been going on . . . gardening! I love it! I love watching the birds, seeing all the new green plants, waiting for the tiny seedlings to sprout, buying and planting new varieties of perennials, and dividing up the ones I already have to share with friends.

(Rufous Sided Towhee)

I also got to go kayaking for the first time last weekend, it was awesome! I brought my little P&S camera with me and got some shots of loons and another shot of a mama goose sitting on her eggs. This clever girl built her nest out on a rock in the middle of the water!

Then there's this guy...a black bear that's been visiting us rather frequently. He's been around for a couple weeks, and I got this shot while hubby was holding the spotlight on him. I have seen tracks in my flower beds and in the veggie garden. We woke up last Saturday to find one of the birdfeeders torn down and smashed apart on the ground. So I've been bringing the feeders in at night, cause this bear is getting WAY too friendly! My dog, Hershey chased after him the night I took the picture and I haven't seen him back since so maybe he took and the hint and moved on.

I am looking forward to my oldest son's college graduation on May 23. He will be getting his BS in Biology from UMass . . . Congrats Henry!!

Then we are going off on vacation to Missouri in a couple more weeks. Lots of R&R - boating, fishing, reading, sitting out on the porch playing my guitar, and lots of photography!

So that's the news around this place. After 6 months of being sick off and on, I am finally feeling like myself again - YAY!

Here's the preview and link for the free sample ~ enjoy! And please leave me a comment and say hello, I love to read them!

Have a wonderful creative day!
Donna

Gorgeous stamps!! I love 'em! But about that bear that's been hanging around... I took a close look at the large photo and he looks like he's been injured. Look at his shoulder and you'll see what looks like a wound. You should call your local parks service for advice on this. If he's injured he's more of a danger than a normal healthy bear is. Be careful.
